What is Slicejack ?
Slicejack is a front-end development workshop or slicing service. We convert your design or layout into W3C validated semantic, optimized and accessible XHTML/HTML & CSS.
How much do you charge?
Depending on the turnaround the rates vary. An express service which guarantees 1-3 business day turnaround costs $298 whereas, a standard delivery which guarantees a 6-9 business days turnaround costs $198.
Is there a discount for multiple pages?
Each additional page on your order receives a 50% discount
What counts as a page?
All pages that have a similar/identical structure to your main layout/homepage count as a page. Each page receives a 50% discount.
Tehnical & Code
What browsers do you support?
All of our pages are tested with Firefox 3 (Win & Mac), Safari 4 (Win & Mac), Internet Explorer 6, 7 & 8, Opera 9.2 and Chrome (Win & Mac).
Do you provide Flash and ActionScript development services?
We can work with sIFR and embed any Flash object to your design. However, we do not provide Flash/ActionScripy development services.
Do you offer back-end development?
We primarily focus on front-end development. If you project requires back-end development we can work with technologies such as PHP and MySQL at an additional cost.
Does your service include search engine optimization?
We optimize your design's layout for SEO by creating rich semantic markup and making use of micro-formats. This doesn't include directory submissions, social bookmarking, etc.
Payment
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Debit/Credit Cards (via 2Checkout).
When is payment required?
New clients are required to pay an initial 50% upfront and the final 50% upon project completion. Existing or regular clients aren't required to pay an upfront and can pay upon project completion.
Do you offer a refund if I'm not happy?
If you're not satisfied with the quality of our work we will provide you a 100% refund. However, before providing a refund we will do everything we can to make sure your project turns out the way it was designed to be.
Do you offer volume / bulk discounts?
